   What an amazing afternoon tea! The entire experience was simply perfect. The setting is at Clockwork in the middle of the Fairmont surrounded by beautiful Christmas trees and reindeer. Liah described all of the sandwiches and sweets and was extremely helpful throughout the tea. The variations of teas was superb with an eggnog flavour and an amazing Chai version. It was extremely festive. The sandwiches were substantial and fascinating- the smoked salmon and coronation chicken were some of our favourites but the roast beef on a croissant, tomato tart and lobster roll were all tasty and hearty. The value was excellent. The sweets didn’t disappoint either. The meringue snowmen and gingerbread cupcakes were superior S were the other chocolates and squares. The presentation was beautiful and the service impeccable. They were constantly checking on our hot water and if we needed anything. The scones with a special Christmas compote were a great finale! Liah even managed to get us some clotted cream. Overall this is one of the best afternoon teas we have attended around the world. We will definitely be going back to the Fairmont for their afternoon tea. Kudos to the entire staff and chefs.

   We did the finale tea, which was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed the holiday decor and specials.

   All the staff at Clockwork couldn't' have been nicer, they were great. The seating is not the most comfortable for anyone, and Clockwork is a cramped place and not very accessible for someone in a wheelchair to move around comfortably. The food was okay but not worth the price, and there was a small fruit fly in one of my sandwiches. When I told the server they gave me a replacement sandwich to take home, which was really nice of them. Everything was packaged very nice to take home. I didn't dislike it it was okay and everything looked attractive but it's not an afternoon tea I would rush back for.

   The Clockwork is a very good place to unwind ! The High Tea is very well organized with good pastry and scones, the tea is most delicious and the service is excellent ! Good job!

   Order their potatoes & shrimp sliders! We were lucky enough to get a reservation at their tree lighting ceremony and really enjoyed the ambience at Clockwork. Would definitely come back but for lunch next time (or afternoon tea!)

   Clockwork staff was attentive and efficient. They checked periodically to see if we needed additional hot water in our tea pots. They explained each food item. We deducted some marks for serving whipped cream in lieu of clotted cream. There was no lemon (or citrus variant curd) paired with the scones. However, the holiday tea service had whimsy. The snowman lemon tart and the chocolate mousse Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer were delightful.

   Great location for high tea! All the food was delicious and served at a great pace. Good selection of teas and the hot water was topped up at just the right intervals. Although not explicitly advertised, they are kid friendly! Overall, a great experience!!

    I took my cousin for her 80th Birthday and we were not disappointed in the least! Service was impeccable and food was delicious as was the presentation. Overall a wonderful experience! Would definitely come back
