   Walked out before ordering. Asked to be seated somewhere a little more quiet and was told it wasn’t possible. Obnoxiously loud and very drunk people made our Valentines date experience terrible. We ate elsewhere.

   Took a while to get our food. Literally people we arrived before eating and moving on to dessert before we got the main course. Food was ok. Overall cool vibe.

   Our experience at the restaurant was a mix of highlights and disappointments. The service was exceptional—our waitress was attentive, timely, and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere suited the venue well, creating a comfortable and enjoyable dining environment. We started with the two appetizers from the Valentine’s Day menu. The Berries and Beets had a pleasant flavor, but the presentation felt clumsy and unrefined. The quartered beets were tasty but didn’t quite fit cohesively on the plate. However, the soup my fiancée ordered was well-prepared and flavorful, though it became lumpy and separated as it cooled. For the main course, we both opted for the lamb shank, which was incredibly tender and juicy. The roasted vegetables were well-cooked, and the grits were fantastic. Unfortunately, the dish was overshadowed by the sauce—a citrus-heavy glaze that didn’t complement the other elements. A more savory sauce, such as a soy glaze, would have brought the dish together better. Dessert was another letdown. We both ordered the cheesecake, which, instead of being rich and creamy, had a pudding-like consistency and was served at room temperature. The fresh berries were a nice touch, but the "sweet berry" sauce had a strong alcoholic taste. Additionally, the sauce was inconsistently applied—on mine, there was so much that the graham cracker crust became soggy, while on my fiancée’s, there was so little that the crust was dry. The overall flavor was underwhelming. Despite the food not meeting expectations, we still had a good time. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience were enjoyable, even if the meal itself fell short.

   We dined here on Valentine’s night. It was really nice; all of the employees were friendly and professional. Our server gave us helpful tips on how to order which we appreciated and the assistant manager was especially upbeat and created a fun atmosphere with complimentary roses, champagne and cotton candy that resembled a cloud in a cup. The food was delicious! We had the steak and frites and pork loin. Very reasonably priced and the proportions were reasonable. The bar is fabulous, too and outside rooftop lounge area was comfortably heated to enjoy our drinks. Great place for a date night or to stop by if you’re shopping in the Oak. It’s not just for hotel guests.

   I went with my boyfriend’s parents. It was phenomenal! Walking in, the atmosphere was incredible. The restaurant’s aesthetic was gorgeous. By pure coincidence, I actually knew the waiter and the service was great. We had managers check in and make sure our evening was perfect, which is always nice. The seating was lovely, we didn’t feel too close to any other guests so, it felt very intimate! We got to talk without feeling like we had to shout too much. We ordered the meatballs and whipped ricotta as starters, and the steak and frites as entrees. We also got the salmon and cheesecake to-go. The food was absolutely delicious!

   Went for brunch with some friends. A little tricky to find. Have to take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Food and service was great!

   We went at noon and the menu offered is a limited breakfast menu. I expected to see a brunch or lunch menu. The food was very average at best. Will not repeat a visit.

   My friends and I ate there for the first time. Our server was friendly. The portions were small, but the favor was good. I ordered the shakshuka and was a little disappointed because my eggs were cooked hard and I was expecting a soft runny yolk to add the creamy egg flavor to the dish. It wasn’t very busy and our server did an excellent job. Very pleasant experience.

   Christmas brunch had a limited selection, not like most hotels I've experienced. The food was room temperature, and some of it tasted good. The service was negligible, especially for a $200 meal with an automatic 20% gratuity, which is ridiculous for a buffet! No one had to bring things to the table. They just needed to keep our glasses full. They do a better job of that at Golden Corral. My glass went empty a few times. I tried to order a holiday cocktail that had espresso in it. I asked them to leave the espresso out. The server wasn't sure they could do that and had to ask???? She returned offering regular coffee. I said I did not like coffee. She went back to the bartender and returned asking if I'd prefer cold brew. I DON'T LIKE COFFEE. After going to the bar one more time, she returned asking if I'd like a coffee syrup added to my drink instead. What is so difficult to understand? I finally received the drink, and it was disgusting. I couldn't drink the $16 cocktail that was so very complicated to order. We came dressed appropriately for a beautiful hotel holiday meal. The staff were in everything from jeans to ugly sweaters. What happened to dress codes? All in all, it was extremely disappointing. Merry Christmas! No, we will not be returning to Cloud Puncher.
