Comery Block Barbecue is a West-Tennesse barbecue restaurant and bourbon bar located in the heart of 17th Avenue, Calgary, Alberta.

Our meats are smoked from 10-14 hours daily, and include our famous brisket, pulled pork, turkey, nashville hot chicken, and more. Behind the bar, we’re stocked with over 150 whiskey and original hand-crafted whiskey cocktails – each one created in-house by our talented team.

    We were excited to try Comery block because we have heard great things. Ambience is great. Service was excellent. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the food. The brisket was dry and I had to use a lot of sauce which I usually don't like and the corn bread was also dry. The watermelon salad was good though and the turtle cheese cake was spot on. Light and tasted really good. My daugther was very happy with her bacon mac and cheese too

    Incredible food and great service at this lively eatery. A vibrant mix of people, great energy and some good libations completed another great experience at the Comery Block. See you again soon!

    Food is always delicious. Speedy service, had a reservation but they seemed to seat people quickly no matter what.

    Booked a table for seven for my birthday. We were given a table for 4 maybe 5 max. The seating was fairly uncomfortable.

    Started at Prickett Richard’s with cocktails then upstairs for old fashioneds and stout with blackened tips, brisket and pulled pork - outstanding!!

    Overall we had a great experience at Comery Block. The restaurant was full our entire time there, however our food came out quick and the service was great the entire evening.
