Welcome to Contrast Brasserie. With a sharp focus on Scottish, locally sourced produce, we invite you to savour the tastes of the season with a touch of Pan-Asian flair.

From succulent rare breed pork, prime dry-aged beef to market fresh fruit and vegetables we try to stay true to our Scottish roots, creating simple dishes built around one great ingredient.     Genuinely one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to Inverness. The staff went above and beyond, even bringing out a small cake for my partner’s birthday. Food was amazing and staff were faultless, first time coming and definitely won’t be the last. Thanks so much!

    Positives - Lovely atmosphere super helpful, friendly and attentive staff, good price for rmthe pre-theatre meal. Negatives - The toast on my chicken toast starter was burnt (could hardly eat it and left most of it) and instead of curried cauliflower with my sea bass as on the menu, it came with carrots in the curry sauce (no cauliflower) disappointing, as it didn't go with it.
