                                                                                          Our reservations were at 7:30. We didn’t get seated at our table till 815. Then we ordered an appetizer and a different one came. Then it took a while to get our dinner order put in. It was supposed to be a happy birthday celebration.It was rather frustrating evening.

                                                                                          Sadly the waitress never brought out the candle for my sister with the truffles for her birthday celebration. In the beginning we were asked the reason for dinner and I mentioned my sister’s birthday celebration. The restaurant seemed busy and it took longer to receive our food. The customer service is lacking at the Bloomingdale location.

                                                                                          Our server, McKenna was excellent. Let us try 2 wines before we picked the bottle for lunch. Salmon entrees from lunch & Life Balance menus were perfect. Wound always want her for future visits.

                                                                                          Our server Maggie was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us make selections. Unfortunately we were there during a storm and there was some power issues in the area. Maggie did a great job communicating the situation and accommodating us accordingly. When leaving the restaurant, the host Lexi was very kind and also apologetic about the power issues.

The generators kicked on, but the lights were going in and out during our whole meal.  we asked for separate checks at the beginning of the night and then was told it had to be on one check because their system was down. We waited a long time for a server to create separate checks and had to wait for her manager to do so. They said the power went out through the whole area, but after leaving the restaurant that was untrue. Just this restaurant had a power problem. I spoke to the server about and other servers and wasn’t given any compensation for this disturb disturbance. We had a party of five people. As we are waiting for very long time to figure out our checks, the whole restaurant cleared out. There was only a couple tables left when we left the restaurant. I’ve been to this restaurant many times and was very disappointed in this visit.

It was a busy night but he was still super attentive & all the food & drinks came out in a timely matter. The supervisor Amanda did a great job letting me & my party know of any wait time for our table & was super friendly & outgoing! Overall amazing service & delicious food. I will always come back to Cooper’s Hawk!
