We started with Wine Tasting before our dinner reservations. Wine Tasting was a nice experience, it was a very warm in the front of the restaurant which was a little uncomfortable. I wish they had an additional server during the tasting there was only 2 who were lovely took the time to explain and talk to everyone there but with it being very busy we didn’t get to do a full tasting before our reservation. Our server was very nice, timely and responsive to our needs. We did not feel rushed and food was very good. The space is very nice one of my favorite locations to visit. The music in the background is always a good variety and the staff is welcoming. I will be back

We are frequent customers at the Burr Ridge location. This time, our visit was exceptional due to the service provided by our waiter, Daniel. Daniel went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect and that we had an opportunity to sample wines that we were interested in taking home with us. He was even kind enough to hunt down and provide a special bag we had missed receiving, which was given with one of the past monthly bottles. Thank you again, Daniel, for the incredible service that you provided.

I have been to this restaurant several times and never had any issues. However last night left some things to be desired. We were seated in a corner near windows and there was cold air coming down on my back from vents above…even my feet were cold! It was also extremely busy so I had to give our server some slack. However, I was displeased with the service for other reasons. Mt husband and I are members and have been for years. The tasting area was very crowded so we chose to have a tasting at the table. There were 4 of us at the table and we were celebrating one person’s birthday. We received one tasting glass of wine apiece instead of two, as we were told would be the case. One of the pours was barely a sip, while the others received a typical tasting pour. We did not receive our $25 reward that had to be used by Nov. 30 ( which was one reason we went to the restaurant). The birthday girl received a special treat of 2 truffles, but the bill indicated that we were charged $6.95 for it!! It wasn’t until we got home and I saw our receipt that I saw the charge, so I didn’t say anything at the time. But I assumed it would have been complimentary as it usually was. All in all it was a disappointment despite the excellent food.
