Normally Coopers Hawk is all FIVES across the board but, while it was a full house, we have never had to wait so long for our dinner, after waiting an extra 25 mins after our reservation time. We love Coopers Hawk and this was the first "non all five" experience....hope it was a fluke....

I had a reservation but was told when we arrived we would have at least a 30 minute wait. Once we were seated the server was kind enough to tell us the kitchen was running way behind and since we had a child he would put in that order immediately. He was fantastic. It was super busy and loud. Hard to have a conversation. Food was good but not the usual quality. I would say the place was understaffed and overbooked.

Had an exceptional Valentines Day with a fantastic tasting server Holly. Place was so crowded our reservation was delayed about 30 minutes but staff was very good about keeping us informed. Dinner was very good also, Charles did a very nice job.
