We visited Cooper’s Hawk to celebrate our wedding anniversary ( 27 yrs). Therefore, we were expecting some type of special acknowledgement. We were greeted in a celebratory matter by the hostess. But that’s all. The server was not made aware. Nevertheless, Matthew our server was very friendly and pleasant. He was engaged at all times and made sure to check on us regularly. His attentiveness was delightful . So, even though he was not aware of our special occasion. He was the best part of our experience. The food was good and ambience nice. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner experience because of Matthew.

Coopers Hawk never disappoints!! We are wine members so we go monthly to a wine tasting & dinner. Laura our sommelier at the wine tasting was so knowledgeable & accommodating. Jack our server was also excellent! He was very attentive & helped distract us from the kitchen being a bit slow by bringing us some samples of his favorite wines to try. The food is always good! Favorite appetizers are Bruschetta, Calamari & potstickers. Entrees from Skirt steak, pistachio crusted grouper to mahi mahi sandwich were all delicious. I just wish they would bring back the fried chicken sandwich with hot honey! Always a great time!

The food was excellent, two of us had the Grouper and it was a generous serving. We also we had brussels sprouts, and they were very good, and I don't like brussels sprouts. It was a nice evening out.

My lunch menu dish was very small compared to previously times I have ordered it in the past. My spaghetti portion looked a child’s serving not a lunch serving for an adult. I was very surprised and disappointed my serving was so small. Lunch is not a good value anymore at this restaurant anymore.

Usually exceptional. Not tonight. Service subpar, no bread offered to my husband, he waited over 25 minutes for a beer, and waitress had to be flagged down several times to correct service issues. Never experienced anything like this at CH. Too bad, it was my husband’s birthday celebration. Hope CH gets back on track! We will definitely ask to NOT have the server we had ever again!
