The Capellini was not real capellini, The spaghetti was dry and not tasty. Surprinting as this ils our 3rs time there and enjoyed the last 2.

The reservation was for 7, we got our table by 7:10 so that was good. Got our app by 7:30 or so was told do. We were told dinner would be ready in 20 minor so. Then the server disappeared and the food didn’t come til 8:30ish. Really quite a wait and no updates. The food was great but I most likely won’t go back due to the lengthy wait. It was also very loud, and hard to hear my friends. (I am not a Senior so my hearing is fine.)

Did not get wine ordered until 30 minutes told busy 2 bartenders. Waited so long for food and it was terrible. When asked speak manager was told they were busy. Finally after 3 hours and wanting to get out they did take off our wine. Will never go back again. I think the server did his best and I think it was busy and not enough staff.

Dinner, service and food were excellent. Our disappointment was at the bar before dinner. We were early and waiting on friends so went to grab a drink. We ordered at the bar and asked the bartender if we could sit at the hi top as the bar was full. He kindly said sure, first come first serve. Within 30 seconds a waitress told us the seats were for eating only and asked/told us to get up.

I wish it could be quieter - music is way too loud It’s far too cold inside And better service - more servers that are t complaining The servers are always rushing and make you feel like you’ve got a hurry up and tell them something because they’re too busy to help Food is great tho

We have been a member of Cooper’s Hawk for about 15 years with 2 bottles per month. We have been to the restaurant on Fruitville Road in Sarasota, Fl many times. Even though we have made reservations thru Open Table, we have never been seated without at least a 30 - 45 minute wait! Letting others know they are probably going to wait as well.
