Great food with great choices. Corey, our server, was terrific and added to our experience. My only complaint is the noise volume in the restaurant making conversation difficult. With 2 members of our party having hearing challenges and wearing hearing aids, conversation was difficult. My hearing is good and I had difficulty with hearing even those next to me unless they raised their voices.

First let me say it was not busy at all. It was pouring down rain, so I guess people decided to stay in. Our server was no attentive at all. I had to ask three times for lemon for our water, and finally after 20 min he brought them, but only when he brought our appetizer out. Twice we had to wave down another waiter to get our waiter to order coffee. Asked for a box to take leftovers home, he never brought one. That warranted us waving down another waitress again! Service was just lousy. I’ve never had such poor service EVER at a CH restaurant, and we frequent them all in the area. Doubt we will be going back there.

Our most recent experience was absolutely perfect in every way! Our waiter was pleasant AND efficient! Everything we needed was practically anticipated before we thought to ask!!! What a wonderful time we had celebrating my success on a teaching observation 😀 We will certainly be back as we're Ambassador members!

The kitchen was totally off this today. Service was slow. Steak was not prepared correctly, potatoes were hard, toast was just plain bread. Not typical for Cooper’s Hawk. I think they were just having a bad day

Nicole is great. Her hospitality is fantastic. Runners and kitchen need to get better timing because our food came out cold, but the other 99% of the visit was on point ;) much love to y’all!

It was quite crowded and the food took a long time to arrive. The server kept apologizing and when the bill arrived she said the manager took the price of our appetizer off the bill. We were in no hurry so the delay was not a big problem. It was very nice that the manager recognized the delay.
