   The food and drinks were delicious! The service was the worst I have experienced at any Coopershawk restaurant and was 100% not up to their standards. Here is a recap: 1. Appetizers arrived and were finished before drinks arrived. Even then we had to ask where our drinks were. 2. Had to repeatedly ask for bread when it arrived it was after 15 minutes each time. 3. When the entrees arrived the men received their food first and they put the food in front of the wrong guest for 3 guests and we had pass the food around ourselves 4. The waitress dumped the liquid HOT juices from a steak dinner on my daughters lap (thankfully she had a napkin in place). The waitress’ response was “oopsies”. Never asked id she was ok, if she was burnt, never got a new napkin, never asked if she got it on her clothes or anything. 5. Waitress never came back to check on dinner til we were done. When she came back I asked for another sprite for my son as he had nothing to wash his dinner down with. She ended up bringing him a water??? 6. When it came time for the check we told her we had a reward to use and provided her a e gift card. It took forever for her to come back and she passed by once and said she had to get a manager as the card was invalid , however, the manager had no problem with it. She then came back to our table and said I applied your birthday reward and asked if it was someone’s birthday and I replied yes mine. She said happy birthday and left. I am pretty sure the restaurant does things for peoples birthdays for wine members. She claimed no one told her however it was written on our ticket that it was a birthday reservation. The hostess and person that took our drink order knew. 7. Menus, an empty pitcher, and empty dishes set on the table for most of the meal I am not one to complain and certainly understand a mistake or two but this was a train wreck and for close to $300 tab and what was supposed to be a birthday dinner with my family I am disappointed

   The food was excellent and the restaurant is beautiful. Went for our first time on a Sunday eve and it was packed. We had a reservation and they seemed to be right on schedule. The menu has so much to choose from and everyone loved their meals.

   Not overly impressed. Main dishes were pretty good, however the appetizer was not worth it. Had a difficult time getting things we needed because our waitress had a couple large tables. Very nice but frustrating on our end. Wine is good. Overall just okay.

   Felt like it was an off night for them. This is my go to for group dinners, but I will think twice before booking again. The service was very slow, with my glass of wine arriving after the meal was finished ( I ordered it to go with my entrée ) They were out of several entrée choices. It just wasn't the best experience.

   Our server was Jerilyn was awesome!! Ask for her when you make your reservation. She is knowledgeable about the wine & food and she is fun! Food was excellent.

   As usual, Cooper’s Hawk is a great experience. When considering trying a different item from the menu, I know it will taste great! (there is something that they do with sauces and seasoning that make it terrific). I tried a new non-alcoholic type of champagne that they serve. It is so delicious and a great option, especially for those that are not drinking alcohol. We sat outside, and it was beautiful. It is covered and has outdoor ceiling heaters and surrounding heaters. The service was friendly and efficient. The price point is reasonable, especially considering how much other competitors are charging with less overall value. We will definitely be returning and look forward to the next time.

   Had a reservation at 7:30, was seated closer to 8. We got the crispy Brussel sprouts, short ribs, and pasta. All of the food was delicious! Our server brought multiple wine tastings to find our favorites. We will definitely be coming back!

   Food, people,atmosphere are excellent. Getting seated on time is good as well. Placing our order was a little slow but you will W A I T for your entree( we were over an hour) to arrive. I love this place but if you’re in a hurry don’t do it!

    If you are looking for a wonderful meal with a great environment and exceptional service, Cooper’s Hawk is the place to go! It is higher end but well worth every penny! Highly recommend!
