   I’ll start by saying that this is my sixth visit to Cooper’s Hawk and have always enjoyed the food & service thus far. However, I was a little disappointed by the service & some of the dishes we ordered. Especially since I was bringing a good friend there for the first time. First, our wait person was ok, but not as friendly and attentive as the previous ones that have waited on me. The server twice walked away before we completed giving our orders, but apologized once I pointed it out. My friend liked the taste of the calamari, but wished the coating was crispier. We both liked the wedge salad. I did not like the flavor or lack of flavor of the Chicken Piccata with the lemon caper butter sauce! The grilled steak with chimichurri was ok, except that the chimichurri was in a form of an aoli, which we did not expect. All that being said, I think that the managers are very good at addressing and rectifying any issues and based on my previous experiences at this restaurant, I would go back.

   Made a reservation for 8:15pm for outdoor seating.. our plans changed so we went in at 6:13pm. Ask for an adjustment. There were 6 empty tables outside as we walked in the front door. They said it’ll be a 120-150 minute wait??? I was like what? That’s longer than my standing reservation.. SO We left and pasted by the same empty tables outside at 6:35pm….

   We went for a birthday celebration and as always Cooper Hawk service and food was awesome! I have never had a bad experience at any Coopers Hawk. Thank you for great food and service!

   I expected too much due to all recommendations from neighbor/co-workers and friends. Place was too noisy and food was way too much salt in it. Would be nice if they prepare with taste of own ingredients. We are not good at salty food in general. Steak and Lobster itself was good but added sauce was too much flavor/salt in it. As I stated earlier, I expected too much about your food and quite disappointed. Even appetizers were over power with added sauces.

   The food was amazing , our server Mckemzie was awesome . We will definitely be going back . We had the calamari for our appetizer and then each got the surf and turf…. Would recommend!!

   We celebrated our anniversary here last night, and everything was perfect. At check in , we were wished a happy anniversary and escorted to a booth. The hostess was very friendly and said she would have our server bring a complimentary glass of the barrel wine. Our server came to our table immediately and also offered a complimentary glass of Blanc de Blanc which was delicious. Our food was prepared according to our order and was perfect. At the end of the meal, our server brought a complimentary dessert for us which was just the perfect finish to a wonderful meal. We thank all the staff who helped make our anniversary celebration a fun and memorable one.
