   Upon arrival we were asked if we had a reservation, which we did, the person at the host station could not find it even after I showed her my confirmation. The restaurant was not full, it should not have been an issue. They sat us at the 1st table right at the entrance. The menu on line was completely different from what was presented. When we asked about it they couldn’t give us an explanation. We were told they were out of approximately 1/3 of the menu items, which was a small menu to begin with. We ordered a bottle of Chardonnay. The server told us that they didn’t have it. Fine, we ordered another choice. After 10 minutes we were told it was warm and they had to chill it. We both ordered the appetizer lobster Mac & cheese, it was good. Did not encounter this low level of service at any other restaurant on the island.

   Disappointing compared to last visit 5 years ago. The hotel needs some TLC! Please maintain and preserve this hotel.

   VERY expensive and small portions. Waited long to be served, other guests seemed very upset with their service. Dining room very small.

   We were celebrating our friends birthday.. wanted an air conditioned experience in Exuma . Food was very good.. server was pleasant but extremely slow.. didn’t seem to know much about the menu or how to wait on tables.. but we were on “ Islandtime”! Lovely place!

   When we showed up and told them we had a reservation they said they didn’t have any reservations that. I showed them my confirmation on Open Table and they said “this is Copia Restaurant not Copa”. This little issue aside, the staff wasn’t overly nice or attentive and the food was meh. The Kahari restaurant on Stocking island is much better in every way - food, ambiance, friendliness.

   They were out of almost everything on the menu. Food was just ok. Not worth the price. Are there again a few days later. Food was better, but sizes not worth the price.

   The best creamy white conch chowder I have ever had! The lobster thermador was also amazing with very tender lobster.
