   I have been to this location a few times and the past experiences have been great. However, this time I went (on a Saturday night), it was not the best experience especially for the price range. When I first entered, the hostess completely ignored me 3 times even though I was standing right in front of her and trying to make eye contact, while she proceeded to check other guests in. When we were seated, it took the server about 10-15 mins before she came around to give us water and explain everything to us. All the appetizers came on time, server missed one of the drinks, which was ordered through their QR code system, which we needed to remind her of, however we did not get any meats until at least 30 mins into our meal (keep in mind there is a 2 hour seating limit). When the carver did come around, it was the same Parmesan steak 4 times or chicken, meanwhile we watched other tables receive other varieties of steak. After we sat for about 45 mins or so, the show came on where there were dancers and sparkler which was pretty entertaining. I eventually had to ask our sever if we could get other varieties and after 10-15 minutes two rounds of steak came. After that, one of the carvers were really nice and said if we needed more we can speak to him. However, he never came around. After that we waited another 15-20 minutes again, he came with more steak. We eventually had to request what we wanted to come around, otherwise it would Parmesan steak. Usually when I came in the past, I only had to request one two items such as the pineapple. We didn’t even end up trying everything. Not because we were full but because the carver never came around. When it was time to get the bill, it took us 10 - 15 mins to flag her down. She came back with the bill with no machine and left. At this point, we weren’t sure if she was going to take another 10-15 minutes to bring the machine so we just left cash on the table and left.

   Copa is one of my favorite spots, but I won’t be coming back for a while, especially with big groups. There were only 5 different cuts brought out all night and a lot of the top stuff has been removed from the menu over the years. Beef ribs, all the steaks on a board, buttermilk ribeyes, etc. The variety just wasn’t there and with a party of 20, some people were getting steak while others waited for 10 minutes. Ideally they would have brought out 3-4 carvers so everyone can get their bites at the same time. I know its tough and I still do love Copa but it’s evidently not nearly as good as it used to be. The all you can drink + all you can eat is a great but I’d rather pay for my 2 drinks and get much better steaks.

   Our server (drinks only) was fantastic, but the servers who pass around with meat skewers didn't seem to have the best system because they seemed to skip our section a lot. We also ordered a few apps at the beginning that did not required cooking (farofa and vinagrete) that only arrived at the end of the night. Drinks were always super quick and great food and ambience, just too busy on NYE for the demand.

   Extremely loud. Waiters didn’t bring around the full selection of meats to our table. And when we spoke up about it, the waiter yelled at us. Highly unprofessional! The selection of sides were limited and some were unavailable. They are served tapas style. While the food we had did not taste bad, if you are looking for a traditional Brazilian steakhouse experience, this is not it. Bad experience for a NYE dinner.

   Every meat is expertly prepared and presented. All were delicious. Lots of choices of all kinds of food. We visited on NYE so it was loud but that made it better. It was what we wanted and more. Very good establishment. Would highly recommend.

    The entire family was very happy with the experience for NYE. Food was great, service was attentive and the ambience was a lot of fun!
