   Service was OK to say the least. We found the main dishes to be overly salty. Additionally, I was surprised by the 23% service charge included on the bill, especially considering the overall quality of the experience. I would like to highlight a particular incident that was quite concerning. My husband, who is allergic to alcohol, ordered a non-alcoholic Florentine Spritz. Unfortunately, he was initially served a regular Aperol Spritz, which caused him discomfort. While the waiter apologized and eventually brought the correct drink, we were still charged for both on the final bill. At this point we should have been comp for that drink. 🙃

   This is the 2nd time we have eaten here, and it was as delicious as we remembered. The Denver restaurant week menu selection was great and it was delicious! We ordered off the regular menu as well, so fun with a group to try a little of everything. The desserts, Calabrian Potato Donuts and Vanilla Budino were so good!

   We enjoyed sharing Coperta with an out of town visitor. Our meal began with wine and Old Fashions. We enjoyed focaccia and salads before our entrees. The linguine with clams was my favorite part of dinner. It’s light and satisfying. Looking forward to our return. Oh, budino for dessert is now my favorite thing. See you there!

   Wonderful dining experience! We celebrated a birthday here and they did several things to honor the birthday man. The food was fresh and delicious. The gluten free pasta was good as the regular pasta! The staff was professional and considerate. A great place for a special night out.
