   Ot was just a bad experience from start to finish. Ot was Valentine's Day, and the restaurant did not handle the crowd well, whatsoever.

   After an hour and a half after ordering we were told our food would still be another 20-30 minutes before we received it. We left and didn’t eat. This was on Valentines so maybe this is the exception.

   Valentine's dinner -- wife loved her filet mignon and my T-bone was excellent. Also saved room for the chocolate cake. Nice restaurant with quiet atmosphere and pleasant background music. We will certainly return

   We had the tenderloin steak and shrimp which was amazing! The steak had a great flavor and was very tender. The shrimp was big and grilled perfectly. Our waitress was very attentive and kept checking back with us. This is now my favorite steakhouse in Lubbock.

   We had a reservation to ensure we could be seated and receive our food in a reasonable amount of time as we had a 95 year old with us. We all ordered a drink, I ordered a glass of Merlot. The waiter came back and said they were out of that wine so I chose another kind. The waiter came back and told me they were out of that one as well so I just ordered a cocktail. Our orders consisted of steak and lobster, Western burger, sirloin tampiquena, rib eye, and a filet mignon. All orders came out in a timely manner, however one of our group, the 95 year old, ordered his fillet well done. It came to us medium or medium rare. He sent it back to be cooked some more. The rest of us continued to enjoy our meals which were very good. Ten minutes passed and the waiter came by and told us they were still working on the filet. Another 10 minutes passed and we still had not received the filet. We had all finished our meals and our elderly guest still had not received his meal. Finally, 30 minutes after sending the filet back, he received his meal. The restaurant did comp his meal and the other meals were very good, but the service was unacceptable.

   I made a reservation for 7 pm. we got to the restaurant 10 minutes before 7 and still had to wait 15 min to be sat. When we were seated, the server was extremely busy with other stuff, we sat there for a good half hour before we were waited on. We didn't get any silverware until our food was brought out an hour after ordering. A couple of dishes were burnt and dry. For what I paid, I would have expected a little more, but due to the time and day, I guess I got what I got.

   We were celebrating my son’s engagement, Our evening started a little rough we were a party of 6, we got seated in a booth. It was very tight space, my son asked for a bigger table and our waitress didn’t skip a beat, she moved us quickly and efficiently. The rest of the evening was great from the waitress to the delicious food.

    Alex was great. He gave us quick service and even bought a surprise for the kids. The front desk helped us get our table quickly since we had 3 kids with little patience. The food was good, and ribs were tender and juicy. Tbone was perfect. It's was Christmas day, and the staff was awesome.
