Very unorganized when it comes to reservations, and unfair. They sat people out of order. Had tables open but for some reason didn’t seat anyone until complained about. Didn’t handle chaos very well. Waited over an hour to be seated even with a reservation. Never again.

They did not honor reservations, even though they had us tied to it ($15 cancelation fee per person). My reservation was at 6:45, but we did not get seated until 8:15. Since it was Valentines Day, it would've been impossible to get a table at another place, therefore we stayed. Managers need to do better and be held accountable for their mismanagement and poor planning.

Went for Valentine’s Day and I had a reservation at 6:30pm. Unfortunately we weren’t seated until 7:30pm WITH a reservation. The receptionist tried their best to accommodate everyone even with all the unruly patrons waiting to be seated. My wife and I were okay with the wait but there were also plenty of tables on the left side of the building where we could have been seated. Also there were plenty of people who were done eating just wasting time sitting down while the rest of us were waiting for a table. All in all the food was good but pretty disappointed having to wait an hour for people to leave their tables once they were finished eating but that seems to be the norm with everybody in El Paso.

This review is for the valentines day dinner reservation. So in order to make a reservation you had to pay in advance, which was ok, the reservation was made about 2 weeks prior. So upon arriving to the restaurant we were informed that they were running one hour behind on all reservations. Then we learned that they were not prioritizing reservations and were seating people that walked in because they started to complain, so people that had made reservations and paid in advance were left waiting longer then necessary. Finally we were seated after a little longer then an hour from the original reservation time, which for the price is unacceptable. The cheese starter was good, however the house salad, which a steak house salad usually comes with lettuce, croutons, tomatoes, cheese, and egg. This one was literally the spring mix from your grocery store with a side of ranch no toppings. The main course consisting of a very bland new york steak, had no signs of seasoning, had a scoop of regular butter on top, and was drizzled with sweet "wine reduction" that tasted like simple syrup. Which was all sat atop thick asparagus stalks that were inedible. The dessert cake was good and probably the best part of the entire package. Finally when we were about to leave they told us the iced teas we ordered were not part of the $125 package and we needed to pay the extra $9. Honestly thats not a lot of money but the fact that they overbooked and made everyone wait a long time, the food was bland, the service wasn't the best it was just the cherry on top of an entire horrible experience with mediocre food. Would definitely not recommend for any events and based on the food would not return to eat here again.

They do not respect your reservation. We had to wait over an hour to be seated despite having a reservation. Another couple with reservations had to wait 90 minutes. They treated those of us with reservations and walk up the same. The hostess kept giving people false information on the wait times. Our waiter was great, the food was good and came out quick enough. The ambiance is okay, nothing romantic or great.
