   Service was excellent, drinks were right on. Pasta dishes were definitely the standout items on the menu. Bison steak was disappointing but veal Milanese was quite good; sides were hit or miss (but crispy potatoes were great), apps were good but not great.

   Some things are worth the splurge and Cortina is one of them. Located in the Montage Hotel, the restaurant is fabulous by every measure - food, service, and atmosphere. We were celebrating my birthday and I am so happy we chose Cortina. I had the petite filet which was spectacular especially when paired with a side of crispy potatoes (quite possibly the best vegetable side on the planet - try them and tell me I’m wrong). My husband ordered a cake through the Montage bakery and it was as delicious as it was beautiful. Thanks to the Cortina team for making my birthday so memorable.

   One of the best dining experiences we’ve had. The service and attention of the wait staff is exceptional, the food was delicious, and the sommelier was kind and helpful.

   Food was fine, pasta not overly flavorful and was overcooked. The beef tartare was delicious, as were the desserts.

   We had dinner twice at Cortina during our visit to the Montage Big Sky. The food and service were exceptional each time. However, we must specifically call out Daniel, our server on the second visit. Daniel was just fantastic. He had great knowledge of the menu and wine pairings for each course. He provided us with genuine service throughout the evening even with the restaurant being fairly busy. We can’t wait to come back to Cortina and enjoy another wonderful meal.

   Excellent!! We’ll be back! Service was phenomenal. Our waiter brought us 2 free appetizers. He said our food was taking longer than expected. We thought the timing was perfect.

    We had high hopes for this lovely restaurant as the Montage Big Sky is beautiful. The staffing from the reception at Cortina to our exceptional waiter, Teddy were stellar! The food was unfortunately not very good. Most of our choices were sub par, like the eggplant Parmesan, which was basically a ‘slab’ of eggplant in breading a sauce that Prego could rival. The home made burrata and heirloom tomato salad and mushroom pasta were standouts! Overall, we would absolutely give it another try though!
