若い感性を持つ料理人をベテランサービサー相澤ジーノ氏が上手くプロデュース。クラシックな技術と新しい発想の料理にワクワクします。ワイン、日本酒、ティーペアリングなどドリンクもハイセンス。空間も素敵でデート、接待、記念日などにもおすすめです。

Courage, new restaurant at Azabu, Roppongi area. Fine atmosphere with Japanese style garden. Tokyo cuisine with fresh Japanese seafood and Wagyu beef. Very sophisticated and nice place to visit.
