   The prices are quite high for what you get. A piece of crispy chicken should not be priced over $30.

   Our server was very attentive and patient. My wife and son especially liked their steaks. Service was great on a busy Super Bowl Sunday.

   Good menu options, kids meal with vegetables side as an option, which is nice. The wait staff was great. The waitstaff asks about allergies which is always nice.

   There was a group of 8 who meet for lunch on a Tuesday. I use a scooter and the place was accessible. Most of us had the special and it was good and reasonably priced. We were in a quiet area and had no problem communicating. And, best of all, the service was great!

   If you're going to an event at TD Place CRAFT is the best choice of all the Lansdowne options to eat or drink before the game or show. Especially on Sundays when they have all day Happy Hour.

   Booking with the app was ok, but it when I tried to add the date to my calendar, it said it was booked for two hours later than it actually was. When I double checked in the app it said the correct time. Perhaps it was a glitch between the app and my calendar, but it’s hard to believe because I was using iCalendar and the app requested to enter the app in iCalendar. Craft was not too busy. Our server Shawn was the best ever. They need to turn down the music. They keep the volume cranked up and it’s completely unnecessary, and hard to have a conversation with people at the same table. The one beer I really wanted was on the menu, but our server said it wasn’t actually available so that was very disappointing. The food was great and the washrooms were spacious and clean. The underground parking is also very convenient. If it weren’t for the calendar and app discrepancies, the beer advertised but not actually available, and the music being at such a high volume, I would have easily given five stars.

   We overall enjoyed our meal and experience, but service could have been a lot better. We were not checked on throughout the meal at all to see if everything was OK. I had to ask a different server who was just bringing food over for another drink and waters. My husband and his friend ordered two sliders extra after they got their food and everyone had finished their meals and were ready to leave by the time they came. We had to wait to find her walking by to ask for the bills even though we had all clearly been done eating for some time, and when we did, she had one person from the group who asked for the bills pay, and then disappeared so we couldn't leave. And when we found her next she was taking the order of another large table so we had to wait until she took their orders to ask for the rest of the bills. I would have been more understanding if it was very busy, but I have seen it much busier than that. I don't know if she just had too much to do or what, but we were definitely left surprised at the lack of service. The beers and drinks were very good and the food was good as well. Great place to watch a football game too.

   We had a great experience at Craft on Friday night! Our group of 11 was well taken care of by Sean, who was exceptional. Our group had a lot of dietary restrictions and special requests, and Sean handled everything perfectly. He even saw us off as we were leaving, which was a really nice touch. The food and drinks were delicious. Thank you for making our evening so enjoyable!
