   I booked a table for 3 business associates online with yourselves and on arrival the venue informed me they did not do food after 19.00 on Tuesdays.

   We were not initially told about the lack of food available, so twice had to change our choices. No chicken. So anything containing chicken was not available. Hunters chicken, nope. Linguine with chicken, nope. Mixed grill, yes but no chicken wings, but you can have an extra sausage! Chips were well and truly cooked. Understandably, this is a pub, but the very large group of men sitting close by, were so loud and raucous, we couldn't here each other talk.

   Great food. Very tasty. Only thing that spoilt it was group of people shouting at each other rather than talking. Lots of swearing which I felt uncomfortable about as had our 6 yr old grandson with us. And very loud music playing.

   We ate from the festive menu we pre booked the table was set nicely very festive and the food was cooked beautifully the turkey was tender and moist the staff were lovely and the food was extremely good value for money we had a lovely time and we would definitely go again

   The advertised set dinner menu was not available despite being advertised on the website as a great way to finish the bank holiday weekend. Also we wanted to order dessert but were then told the kitchen had closed 40 minutes earlier at 7.30 pm.

   Excellent service, all staff friendly and helpful. Waiter went above and beyond to make us teas and coffees. Food was delicious and plentiful. Price was reasonable and on par with what we’d expect.

   Great last minute family meal out to celebrate the last day of the school holidays. Bar staff were friendly and helpful and good was delicious. Also parking just outside was great.

    We was refused entry because we had our 11 month old baby with us. There’s nothing on the website saying they don’t allow kids. It’s was pouring it down outside and we wasn’t even allowed to stand in the door way under shelter whilst we decided what to do. This was on a Thursday can I just add.
