Chef Luis Arellano is a cook with a spirit that is both attached to his roots and creative and evolutionary.
He builds the menu adapting to the local products available and the seasons, inspired by the different techniques of Oaxacan cuisine, making nods to the coast, the valleys, the mountains and the Istmo of the state of Oaxaca.

        El lugar es muy agradable, la comida es muy buena, no manejan una carta como tal sino manejan menús por tiempos. Yo pedí menú maridaje. Las bebidas buenas pero me hizo falta un mezcal en el maridaje.

        Excelente lugar, muy original y servicio excepcional, el ambiente es muy familiar y divertido (fui a desayunar), había un grupo oaxaqueño tocando música regional. Recomiendo el sope de costilla. El pan dulce magnífico.

        Criollo, Excells in Oaxacan cuisine with complex mix of flavors and ingredients. Wow, is no wonder it has been awarded a Michellen star. From the beginning you are transported to a world where time stops and you experience a journey to the different regions of Oaxaca through each dish that is complimented further with a savory drink of Oaxaca's sake, vino tinto and a refreshing polish in flavor tequila. A must for anyone that loves food and appreciates artesanal ingredients with a modern approach that focuses on sustainability.
