   Today we had the sunset menu and as always it was great. Started off with the Caesar salad my wife had the Fttuccine Alfredo with a side order of fresh veggies and I had the fettuccine Bolognese. Both dishes were fresh, hot, and delicious. We finished off our meal with espresso gelato. Sorry no pic tonight as we were too hungry to take any.

   Today we had a lovely lunch, complete with excellent service and terrific food. At our table, we had veal voldastana, chicken Valdostana, the healthy nut salad with blackened chicken, strawberry stuffed French toast, and a basic scrambled eggs and bacon breakfast. Everything was well prepared, plentiful, and exceptionally tasty. Our server was terrific. Pleasant, efficient, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Really appreciate her taking care of us. This is the 2nd time here and each time has been excellent

   Cucina Moderna has become a go-to destination for multiple reasons, not just a delicious meal. The staff is most welcoming and efficient. It’s always a good experience when you’re greeted and seated within a few minutes. We had a few pizzas as well as some other dishes that we shared. The pizza is excellent, thin crust and delicious topping options. Dining is available either indoor or outdoor and reservations are a good idea. Considering this time of the year is busy everywhere, we always plan ahead.

   We just LOVE Cucina Moderna! The menu has something for everyone and the food never disappoints. We were at the Happy hour last night and it's a great deal, including a non-acoholic beverage, salad, entree and a cup of gelato for dessert. We ate outside on the side patio and the heaters kept us warm. Everyone we introduced to Cucina Moderna has loved it and keeps returning and bringing other friends/family. We'll be back SOON again.

   Had a terrific lunch here today. Asked for a pepperoni pizza well done, it was perfect. Thin crust, great sauce to cheese ratio. Our server was a delight.

   Service was spotty. Took a long time to get bread and water to table. Vegetable came drenched first in butter and then in oil, when they were asked to have no butter or oil.

   The Early Bird is fantastic value. So much food, had enough to bring home for a 2nd nite of dinner. Great service. Gelato is to die for!

    Dinner was delicious!wait staff attentive except for ordering dinner. The waiter brought drinks but then disappeared for 30 min! It was a busy nite!
