   We were one of 3 tables on a Saturday night. Went specifically for the arancini (on their website), only to find out they haven't served them in 6 months. Only beer available is Bud and Budlight. Only 3 staff members working - good thing there were only 3 tables with people! Cleared out by 8 pm.

   Visited on a Sat night around 8pm and place was absolutely dead, we were only table. Food wasn't bad, chicken and veal were ok. Had buratta app, with less than one slice of prosciutto, and meager salad, but both were tasty. Hot pepper sauce was good with some kick. But the topper was the bottle of san pellegrino for $15US that was over the top expensive. At the best restaurants in Miami and NYC and Toronto we never paid that much for a bottle. If I had noticed when I paid I would have said something but only noticed at home later. Won't return just because of that ..felt ripped off. I guess that's why no one goes there anymore

   We had a great meal and a good wine recommendation from waitress who was beyond exceptional with our service. Will definitely return.

   I have been looking for a great Italian restaurant since we moved to Buffalo 20 years ago. I have finally found it! The dining room has a very Mediterain feel and the tables were set with crisp white linen. After being seated our server offered a homemade tomato spread that was absolutely delicious, spicey but delicious! We purchased a container to take home with us. The food is simply fabulous! We have been to Cugino's several times. And every experience has been more enjoyable than the last. The chef does a masterful job of creating beautiful dishes. The figs with burrata were refreshing while my pork Osso Buco was tender and rich. The mousse special was light and creamy uniquely flavored with what I believe was cinnamon. Be prepared to spend a few dollars it's not cheap but you will leave thinking it was well worth it. Oh by the way each time we have dinner at Cugino's Frank the chef/owner has taken the time to stop by our table and say hello.

   When we arrived we were the only ones in the restaurant, not a good sign. Service was good, but food was expensive and had no flavor. We will not be going back

   I highly recommend not going to this restaurant. Let me first start by saying when you walked in the chairs you sit on Were absolutely disgusting. They were all stained. We ordered appetizers calamari that seem to be frozen and out of a box. When it came to the dinner, some good the Ossobuco was cold they took it back said they reheated had absolutely no flavor to it when it came back. Now here comes the best part when we complain about the dinner they said they would take two ossobuco off the bill when we receive the bill for eight people with tip over $900. We notice that they didn’t take it off. When I went up to say something to them regarding it, I couldn’t even get the words out they knew that they didn’t take it off and they were trying to pull one over on us. We get home that night and my wife is walking up the stairs and her new white pants. She has dirt marks on her back end. The only thing I can say is that it just seems as though they’re trying to pull a fast one on us we will never visit this restaurant again and will pass it on to friends and family.  also to add we ordered six martinis. The pour on them were outrageous somewhere filled somewhere not too full. If you’re gonna be putting out martini, you make sure that each one has the exact amount in each glass especially when you’re paying $12 per martini

   Honestly we dined here about 3 years ago and enjoyed our experience and food. Today the food was absolutely horrible, I never had gnocchi that was old and so bad and the drinks were not made as they should have been. I spent over 250 dollars will never dine here again!!

   My husband and I met some friends for dinner at Cugino’s. It was everyone’s first time dining there. Such a wonderful experience! Angela took care of us from the moment we walked in the door. She was talkative, friendly, and eager to make sure our drinks at the bar were enjoyed! Once seated at the table, we shared a Caesar salad and it was delicious. I ordered the Spinach Fettuccini Pasta and I absolutely LOVED the taste! So garlicky and moist - perfection! My husband ordered the Shrimp A La Kathy and he loved his meal as well! We shared a bottle of Cugino’s red wine with our friends and it was delish 🍷 The owner, chef - Frank came out to great us and to make sure we were enjoying our dinners. Angela gave us a hug goodbye 🥰 Thank you both for a fabulous dining experience! We will definitely be back!

    We had a small Birthday gathering for my brother. The food was excellent. The service was also very good. I loved that the music was low enough so as not to disturb and conversation.
