Cuisine & Wine Bistro debuted in March 2015 when Fabrice and Mairead Buschtetz purchased the former MWC Bistro in Gilbert. Just a year later, CWB Chandler opened its doors. This move let Fabrice work his culinary magic in the kitchen, delighting the palates of the bistro's ever-expanding and loyal customer base. Cuisine & Wine Bistro proudly garners Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence for the consecutive years '21, '22, and '23. Everyone was so attentive and knowledgeable and they were so kind moving us to a bigger booth once it became available. Hats off to the chef as well, I might just run away with the baked Brie.

BEST fine dining experience in the Southeast Valley! Food is exceptional, service is great and prices are reasonable.Signature craft cocktails and daily specials make this place an absolute gem!

Incredible. This is a destination restaurant. The service was impeccable; the sommelier was utterly charming and on point,;and the food was authentically French. We can’t believe we had this dining experience on this side of the Atlantic. It’s a must visit for foodies.

Best little family owned French restaurant in the area. Caesar salad to start. Their beef Wellington (excellent by the way) was a bit pricey, but is quite large. I had dinner for two nights. Had sautéd mushrooms on the side. I will say again, everything was excellent. Indoor or outdoor seating. I highly recommend & will definitely be going back.
