   It was the first time for our guests in Miami. Given that my wife and I had already been to this CVI-CHE 105 and enjoyed it, we thought it would be a nice experience for them. We had a reservation for 7:30pm and the table was not ready. After waiting for approx 30 mins, standing outside, as there was no room at the bar, we were finally lead to our table, which was absolutely not to our liking- outside, on the courtyard, along the escalator corridor, and next to the musician. It seemed like an improvised and last minute set-up, not at all what we would have wanted, and I made sure to tell the hostess, which of course “took note”, but never got back to us, so we were stuck. Needless to say, it was very loud and we found ourselves yelling rather than talking. Suddenly we were surrounded by a wedding party and a Mariachi concert right there on the courtyard and alongside us. This went on for quite a bit and we couldn’t even hold a conversation. Conclusion: Service could have been better, we were neglected many times, waiters seemed overwhelmed. The food was fantastic, as always, but the ambiance of where we were seated was very noisy and unappealing. Sadly, our guests were not able to appreciate the inside of the restaurant, its decor and the true essence of why we initially chose to take them there. They were far from being impressed.

   Always love coming here. The food is spectacular and the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. There was a DJ and the music liven up the place. We love it here.

   This is my third time to a CVI.CHE 105 restaurant. the first time was the new Boca Raton shop for a happy hour meal at the bar two weeks after it opened. It was a great night. Excellent service and great food that made me want to come back. My second experience was 10 days ago at the Boca shop for a dinner with 5. Once again the food and service was outstanding. One of the best meals in a while! I was heading to Coral Gables for a evening out with my wife and a close friend. We reserved a table for Monday night, 17 Feb. Once again, great service but the food was disappointing. The ceviche was muddy. the flavors did not pop, the fish was tough. I was very disappointed and a bit embarrassed because i had been singing the praises of CVI.CHE105. Was the disappointment due to the Coral Gables location, a Monday night, bad luck. Not sure, but when CVI.CHE105 is on...the food is delicious. It was not on that night...

   Muy lindo el lugar ,el ambiente es espectacular la atención muy buena de parte de Alejandro nos atendió de lujo, el ceviche muy rico y los tragos un 10/10

   Food was excellent & so was the service. Keep coming back at least 2-3 times a month. Púlpito herradura is the BEST appetizer.

   Ceviche 105 continues to be my favorite Peruvian restaurant. This location is over the top decor wise in a way that works very well with the restaurant experience. Food is excellent
