   I think they are more worried about having the owners face plastered all over the walls and the general sense of the environment as opposed to remembering that this is about the food

   Always a great place to go. Atmosphere is exceptional. I re sitting outside where the patio looks out to the buildings surrounding Coral Gables

   We had an amazing evening at CVI.CHE 105 in Coral Gables. The atmosphere was vibrant, the service was attentive, and every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with authentic Peruvian flavors. From the perfectly balanced ceviche to the flavorful lomo saltado, every bite was a delight. Our server made us feel truly welcomed, ensuring our evening with friends was unforgettable.    I’ve been to this and one other location on Miami Beach. Both are excellent. Very hip decor, and lively. Dishes are reasonably priced for the quality, you’d easily pay 50% more at other upscale resturants with an equal or lesser experience.

   The restaurant is pretty, great location. Service was good. But, sadly the food was not good. If you ask me if I will go back I will say NOT.

   This restaurant never ceases to amaze but this one in Coral gables is now officially our favorite!!! We sat down at the bar, the drinks were amazing and the bartender was extra special to us. The seafood ceviche 2.0 and the parrilla Sipan were out of this world.

   This was my 4th dinner at Ceviche 105. The ceviche is delicious and the rest of the menus is pretty good. The service Saturday was awful. My husband’s meal was delivered incredibly late and the staff didn’t seem to notice. We asked about it 3 times and were told it was coming quickly but it didn’t. Attempts were made to clear the table while we were eating, and then empty plates were ignored. Drinks orders were incorrect and late. This is a very large restaurant and it was full Saturday. I’ll never return on a weekend.
