Daniel's Table is a hidden gem offering a "Michelin quality experience" with a creative, farm-to-table menu. Chef Daniel's personal touch and use of unique ingredients like fiddle fern elevate each dish. While the strip mall location might be unassuming, inside awaits a welcoming atmosphere and "the best meal" experience.

Booked this due to proximity to the Baloon Festival and were very pleasantly surprised. The unassuming exterior hides a true gem. Enjoyed every bite, and the staff was attentive and professional. We will be back.

Michelin quality experience. We discovered Daniel’s Table three years ago, and it is still our preferred choice for fine dining. This is the kind of restaurant in which you want to give yourself to the experience as it was already curated by its dedicated, and talented chef Daniel Villanueva. The menu is ever changing based on the freshest flavors of the seasons, which Chef Daniel pairs up perfectly with the most delicious, and interesting wines we’ve enjoyed to date. His creativity marvels you with rather exciting mixes of sweet, salt, neutral, fun, and unusual in every dish. No dinner night has been the same, and always a delightful feast. The menu is gluten free, consisting only of the freshest ingredients. It is rather concise, yet so complete, and varied, we typically wish we could have a little bit of everything. One week, Chef Daniel prepared fresh egg pasta, and being a keto diner who has not enjoyed pasta in years, this was a curiosity I had to follow. It was truly the best I have ever tasted, light and delicious in every way. Desserts are portioned just right; always different, seasonal, fresh, delightful, and he has just the right Port to enhance the experience. We love the ambiance. The black shades on the windows create an intimate feel, void of the outside world. It is located at a rather unsuspecting corner, which makes it even quieter and peaceful inside. All you hear is pleasant music, Chef Daniel’s friendly conversation as he brings you your feast, Hostess Alex telling you about your next savory wine, and your date’s romantic company. We recommend you experience counter seating at least once, it is a great opportunity to further interact with Chef Daniel and his staff, hear more details about the entire menu, the inspiration for some dishes, and an overall fun interaction with them that will make you feel like the guest of honor. We always leave delighted, already planning our next visit, and pleasantly curious about the next menu.

Once again our evening with Daniel and his staff was everything a celebration dinner could be. We were greeted cordially, and the entire experience was everything we have come to expect from this fabulous hidden gem in the valley. The food and service were spot on and our server. Alex was attentive without being obtrusive. Everything about this restaurant deserves combination as one of the best in the valley.

The premise of this restaurant is what the area needs. The reality however, is less than. Daniel's Table is located in a non-descript strip mall. The exterior has not been enhanced and the windows are covered by Black shades. Upon entering, there is no hostess station. The restaurant works with a bare bones staff and that staff has no training. The menu changes weekly. Food options are presented on a chalk board--without prices. When we asked what the prices were our server gave us a range but nothing specific. While some dishes were good others were very salty. No one asked us if we wanted coffee or dessert. We requested the check. What followed was absolutely unacceptable. We gave instructions on how to split the bill and apply charges to the credit cards. When the receipts were presented for signatures we were charged for another table. One credit card was charged twice for 2 different amounts. Credits were not immediately applied because they weren't sure how to operate the system. Ultimately, we were told to go home and they would e-mail us with the credit reversals. We had a 6:30 p.m. reservation and did not leave until 9:30 p.m. The last 30 minutes were spent trying to obtain correct credit card charges. Finally, there is a big cross affixed to the wall above the counter in the main dining room. While good food can provide a "religious" experience this as not the place for a religious symbol.

Summer in the Valley !! Your audacity to say that my NEW server was WORTHLESS was completely out of line. She made an honest mistake after you wanted your check split 60 bucks here, take the remainder divide by two thirds the square root of whatever etc. etc. is stupid. I voided our error like I said that I would and comped ALL three meals, emailed confirmations that night and you still found a way to complain about everything. Stick to your blue plate specials elsewhere. And finally, there is a beautiful cross in my dining room which has nothing to do with "religion" but all to do with patience, peace, love, kindness, generosity and self control in order to put up with the 3% of people like you that go out to dine with a fabricated mindset and self entitlement. Goodbye, Chef.

I don't like writing critical reviews, but: I had read on another website someone's recommendation which said Daniel's Table is of Michelin quality. It is not. We were there on a Tuesday - a slow restaurant day for sure - but there were only 3 tables of two diners each including us. They appeared to have a single cook, a working owner, and a server/busser/dishwasher who was working her first day. Daniel's Table is located in a strip mall and they did work to make the interior of the facility as appealing as possible - including fresh flowers on all tables and a pretty cool blue concrete finished floor. We arrived at 6:45 and waited for our water, wine and 1st course salad. Our 3 course meal took almost exactly two hours. The food was interesting: flavors were good; the execution was lacking. Cost was $79 per person prix fixe. We had a bottled of red wine that had a huge markup price at $89. Total, tax & tip included, was $311. The value is lacking. We would not return.

Amazing gem in an unsuspecting area. Amazing service and food. Unlike anything I have had in the area. The owner and chef is extremely hands on and is very dynamic and friendly. Feels like you have been invited into someone’s home to have the best meal of your life. Don’t miss this place!!
