   Horrible service waited 20 min for a drink. We ordered and informed server of food allergies. Food came out with allergen on it. Second plate came out with allergen on it again again. Ordered wings for third try. Entire party was done before my wings came out. Ordered a second drink when food came out and was not served until food was gone. Absolutely horrible service and will not be returning.

   I love D&B! We ordered the game day grub sampler and each item was cooked well & flavorful. My son wanted to come here for his birthday. I am glad we did because he had a great time, between eating and playing games! Everybody that helped us was very accommodating and kind.

   It's a tough situation with the current renovations. Space is more crowded and noisy. Games seem more often broken. Experience just seemed more chaotic. I expect it to be better once renovations are finished

   This was a disappointing experience. We had a group event of 8 which you must have 10 people to get help from the event coordinator. The app download "welcome offer" of buy 100 chips card and get 100 chips is not valid on promotion days which almost every day is a promotion day. This was not explained until after all 8 people downloaded and paid for the 100 chips cards to only learn the additional rules. Nor was it explained when we called days prior to our visit to ask a different question about "welcome offer", because at that time we wanted to purchase larger chips cards but we're told it was only valid with purchase of 100 cards only. Just disappointing! The service was hit or miss depending on the associate, some seemed low energy and unhappy while others were helpful but overwhelmed. This location is under construction inside which made the gaming area feel cramped. I would suggest if you are planning a group night less than 10 people go check it out in person before you book. I hope this was a one off experience because it was wildly different than what the website described

   Extremely disappointed, made a reservation here for my son SIX birthday. It’s not our first rodeo here, but I called to ask about the five dollar happy hour which was going on. I also Asked about the play and eat and they said it was going on but then when I got there, they said it was gonna start tomorrow and the place was under construction. Wish They would’ve advised..

   It was 2 stars in value just because it was 1/2 price Wednesdays. Our server was fine when taking into consideration we were there for many hours for a birthday party, but she just stopped paying attention to us completely and a manager was outright rude to us. It's not like this is a regular restaurant and flipping the table is a concern. There were plenty of their open tables all night. This place is meant for birthday parties and we tipped the waitress $100. The food was fine and it was a great night overall, but there was room for improvement... and you asked for a review, so... that's it.

   It is a good adult gaming place but food is so so. Got the orders wrong as well as the final bill. Will go back for the games but probably not for the food.

    Everything about this visit was disappointing, I made a reservation for my son's birthday. When we arrived at the scheduled time I told them we had a reservation, was told "it's not busy you can seat yourself". It was all downhill from there, took over 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us (despite not being busy), food was meh and order was wrong, very little interaction with staff. Definitely won't be back.
