   We had a reservation and were glad of that; the restaurant was very packed. We were seated very quickly, got service quickly and got our food quickly. The burgers, fries and coleslaw were amazing and so were the cheese sticks. But the chicken strips were too overdone and very greasy. Kind of spiced funny too. The games that were played while we were there were funny - a "beer pitcher" holding challenge, and some NFL trivia.

   Good food, great staff, fun games. So many TVs with all kinds of events playing. It is very loud and games are a bit pricey. Johnson City location is new and very nice with lots of free parking. Fun for kids and adults. Gluten free and vegan options on the menu.

   Our server was absolutely fabulous! We were a large group with people sitting down, playing games, etc and she made sure to get everyone’s drink orders and always was available when we needed refills or to order more apps. Very attentive, friendly and we very much appreciated it! Great experience for everyone!

   Celebrated my birthday with friends and family!! We had a large group and everyone was so accommodating. The employee's were absolutely wonderful we all had a great night. Thank you Dave and Busters kitchen staff for great food and thank you to all the severs for helping make my birthday one I'll remember.. It really was alot of fun for my entire family!!

   We had heard that Dave and Busters showed AEW pay per views, so we thought we’d try to watch it there and save $50. Our location has a giant video wall that shows two things really big and a section in the middle that shows four things in the space of one of the bigger pictures on each side. When we arrived they had not put the PPV on yet. We had to ask several times. They finally put it on in one of the smaller squares in the middle of the video wall. On the larger squares there were two football games literally no one was watching. At one point the PPV we were watching disappeared and they started showing an infomercial, then it switched to the same baseball game that was showing on one of the other squares, right next to it. We had to ask again to put it up, and after a few minutes it returned to one of the smaller squares. But we couldn’t hear it at any time. They were blasting terrible music throughout the whole building, and the noise level, because the whole restaurant is open concept, meant that you couldn’t even enjoy the music if it wasn’t awful. We finally left before the PPV was over. You clearly have a loud PA system in the place. If you know people are there for an event, put it on the bigger screen and put the sound on. We spent $75 on food that was just average (two burgers, some non-alcoholic drinks, and a dessert) and now I have to buy the PPV at home for $50 anyway. Not a good value. That being said, our waitress was wonderful. Really the only wonderful part of the experience.

   Brought my family & ordered wings-asked the waitress to setup play cards for my kids, while we were at the table.. she said she could, but told me it would be “easier” (for her) if I just went and did it…..the wings tasted like they were made in an easy bake oven- very soggy and flavor wasn’t good. I accept that, because we were basically eating at an arcade. At the end of the meal- the waitress sat next to me & told me my total, and then asked if I wanted to tip her- I said “yes” do 20%.. she ran the card and when she gave me my receipt, it showed that she tipped herself twice.. I inquired about it.. she had a manager rerun my card with the right total and I tipped her in cash to avoid further confusion… then a few minutes later, the manager came back and said she did something wrong and had to rerun my card.. long story short.. I ended up being charged 4 times for the same meal.. a GM assured me that I would only really be charged for one transaction… I checked this morning and so far, 2/4 of the charges have been reversed… I am still being charged for the first transaction where she doubled tipped herself and once for the actual transaction. Still waiting for them to fix the situation.. Overall, I would be hesitant to return to this restaurant- I might bring the kids to play video games, but the actual “restaurant “ wasn’t worth it.

    Way to loud in the eating area!!! Can't even hear your table partner talking. Food was great and service was great. But the earing area needs some sound detoning and separation from the gaming area and music.
