   The only negative is that I wish we had a point person to discuss the best options for our big party. As far as best pricing for food and games. I also wasn't expecting our party to be so in the open. Haven't been to Dave and Busters in years so wasn't privy to the new setup. But overall experience was positive. Our waitresses was efficient, they got everyone's order correct and food came out in a timely manner. we did have extra people show up, unexpectedly and I wish Dave and busters was more accommodating to that, but we had to reserve and wait for another table to open so everyone could have a seat.

   This experience was Awesome! We were treated with the best customer service from the time we got there to the time we left. The staff kept checking with us to make sure we were good. It was my son's birthday and he was estactic with how much kindness and the type of positive attention that was given by the staff there along with our AMAZING SERVOR ASHLEY!!! WE COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER NIGHT FOR OUR FAMILY. THANK YOU DAVE & BUSTERS!!! The only thing I hope is improved is the communication to your customers about your deals with the "EAT, DRINK, & PLAY." We were not told we couldn't get it until we ordered and I had my reservations for over two weeks. I had a budget for it then it was disappointing because changes were made only one week prior without our knowledge. Some correspondence should have been offered I believe. That's just my personal opinion. It'll be nice to give your customers "a heads up," so they can prepair accordingly. Thank you, though, for that was minor compared to the outstanding services we received.

   Food was slow and not the best. Server was not great. We even had servers switch on us. I never give negative reviews, but this time I think it is important for the managers to know how bad of a job they did. We had dirty silverware for 3 out of 7 people and no drink refills. The game floor was amazing! The place is beautiful!

   We arrived a little earlier than the set reservation and they got us seated right away. It was a nice environment and the staff were very nice

   The place looks nice. Waiting staff service was extremely slow. We had a rush on the time we had to order food. No one came to clean our tables. We did it our self. Orders were messed and hardly no one was in the dining area. Never again

   When we walked in we were surprised at how loud it was. We mentioned it to our waitress and she immediately took us to a table that was much quieter. Rachel, the waitress, was great! She was knowledgeable and engaging. The food was really good, I had a great burger, my SIL had the all you can eat wings and my grandsons had delicious pizza. Everyone had fun with the games. We'll be back!!

    Overall my family and I had a blast. I do feel that their employees should be better trained and informed about current promotions going on within their organization. I purchased the Eat, Drink & Play online and it seemed foreign to some of the staff. However, our waitress made us very comfortable and was pleasant and attentive. The food was good, the drinks were great…plenty of big screen tv’s to watch sporting events and there’s a nice selection of games to play. I would definitely recommend.
