   Good place to bring kids. They love it. It’s loud, bright, and has generic preservative-filled food that’s good enough. There are no windows, like a casino, so it’s easy to lose track of time. On an afternoon when there wasn’t a wait for tables, the waiter was great about letting the adults stay at the table while the kids left to play video games. Meanwhile, we could get a drink and watch a game on the big screen tvs. While it’s not the kind of place I would want to go for an adult outing, with kids it fits the bill.

   This is the worst experience that We've ever had at Dave & Buster's in Wayne, New Jersey. Our server was terrible, we ordered two appetizers. One came out and the second one did not. We questioned it and we're told that they would bring it out shortly. We asked a second time about the second appetizer and we're told that they were working on it. Two of minutes after the second appetizer came out, our entrees came out. We explained to the service I brought the food to our table that we just got our second appetizer. The server did not acknowledge what we said and dropped a plate on our table. I ordered Parmesan fries with my chicken sandwich and I got regular fries. I asked for a refill for my iced tea and the server never brought it. When I asked a server about my refill he said he didn't know that I had requested a refill. When it came time to pay the bill we asked for a paper check and the service said he can print one after it's paid. That we needed to look at the check on the device. Once we paid the bill, we noticed the check was incorrect. The manager came over to address the problem with the check. After paying our check we decided to play some games. When we were at the desk adding to our play card, one of the employees was speaking socially with someone that she obviously knows and the vulgarity that came out of her mouth isn't something that an employee should be staying in front of patrons.

   So over this place. The food is atrocious and service is always a big struggle. I had a steak bowl that tasted like dog food. I can’t stand my steak well done and even had someone taste it who likes their steak that way, and they couldn’t even eat it. By the time we get food here it’s been so long that we have no time left to play games. They’re losing money big time

   I would have given more stars but the service was terrible. My daughter and I came in to eat before playing games. We were seated and it took over 14 minutes for the service to introduce themselves and get our order. The same thing happened to three other tables

   They ran out of wine glasses is what I was told when my sauc blanc came in a tumbler. I politely raised it to the bartender and she called the manager. He immediately made it his problem and found me a wine glass. And throughout the evening atleast 3 different people kept checking up on us making sure we were ok! We definitely felt the TLC.

   We had a great get together, everyone had fun! Food was good and quick! Only complaint is that drink service could be a little more frequent. Other than that fun night with friends!

   The bartender was rude and condescending, she tried to be accusatory without checking the facts and i did not appreciate her attitude. Given the chance again i would reject her service and ask for a different person or call a manager. I have completed the survey on my receipt and i was not this understanding at the time of service. I believe that customer service is a privilege and if they don't want to be there they should work elsewhere. Please retrain your servers and bartenders in the art of dealing with customers especially when the customer is making an effort to be pleasant inspite of environment.
