   This was our first time dining at Decant and we loved it! The food, service, and ambiance, were excellent! I ordered the Black Cod and was blown away by the complementary flavors and textures in the dish. The chef really hit it out of the park with this one! We will be back!

   We were seated promptly per our reservation and our experience was supported by warm and appropriately-paced service. Each dish was cooked impeccably, the Pistachio Crusted Lamb Loin just as tender and flavorful as could be. I wouldn't have minded a more adventurous wine list but it was easy to find a good wine that worked well (a 2017 Barbaresco for us). We'll definitely return the next time we are in Medford.

   One of the best restaurants in the area! Food was excellent, service fantastic, even though prices were on the pricier side. The ambiance was chill.

   Always an extraordinary dining experience! The food was outstanding-rich risotto, black cod and pistachio crusted lamb loin! And the chocolate mousse-there are no words to describe it!! Austin is the best server ever!! We’ll always come back for special occasions and also for a special meal!!

   The food overall had amazing flavor, it’s great that they use locally sourced ingredients when they can. The bread that we ordered very moist and tasty, however, it was cold, which would be OK if it was complementary. The grilled octopus appetizer was amazing, but was very hard to cut on the serving plate/bowl. Both of our fillets were ordered medium rare, hers came out perfect while mine was medium at best. Yes I should’ve sent it back, but I didn’t wanna wait 10 - 15 minutes for another steak. Overall, great food! Maybe they just had a little hiccup that night, but we are all human right.

   We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the staff made our occasion very festive. The food was excellent, especially the pork belly, the tri-tip, and the crème brûlée.

   The food was very good and we had an amazing bottle of wine, but the food was incredibly slow with little acknowledgement of the delay. It was not a busy night either. Luckily, my husband and I were enjoying the time together making the 2.5hr service little more tolerable. Either way, at this price point, this is not acceptable service.

   Another wonderful experience at Decant. Loved the Cats Pajamas (signature drink)! At our table we enjoyed: focchia with a super tasty oil, organic greens, mushroom risotto and a delicious squash soup. Main entries: cauliflower steak, tri tip and cod. All was excellent. Edward, our server was amazing. Looking forward to a new vegetarian entry next time we’re back!
