   We made reservations for 6 of us for dinner. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. Server was helpful in making wine choices. We have eaten there in past years and happy to see the quality is still there

   It was a Valentine's date with husband, we were very unimpressed. First, the restaurant was half full at 8pm, and they were very obviously understaffed. I am pretty sure our server was the manager, as she had no name tag or apron, although she did not state that. Deep Blu seems to have something against trays, as our drinks were brought to us one at a time. There was an outside light shining into the restaurant on many tables, I am sure this was not the first time it happened, but hotel does not seem interested in addressing it. Drinks were fine, food was good, but we never saw our "server" after the food was dropped off until we were finished and ready to pay. Then we had to flag her down. One of the food runners looked like she had just gotten back from the parks, wearing jeans and ears? I would not recommend Deep Blu to anyone based on our experience, but it may have been a bad night - I'll never know...

   Delicious food: Had the grouper and swordfish. Service was polite and attentive. Great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend eating here!

   We were welcomed warmly and wished happy birthday by the hostess and our waiter. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. Our food was well prepared and delicious! We ended the evening with an amazing chocolate cake to celebrate my birthday!

   Classy restaurant in the Wyndham Bonnet Creekk hotel. Very expensive. 2 Jack and Diet Cokes $40. Good food but not exceptional. Limited menu. Outstanding mussels and crab Mac and cheese. Great service.

   Average. This isnt a true seafood restaurant. service was average at best. Fish was overcooked (grouper) and Gator meat does not belong in sushi rolls. Taste (buy) that roll and you will regret you did. expected more

   My family was surprised and disappointed to learn that Deep Blu was under new management and many selections were no longer available. Such simple requests as bread service, baked potatoes, a wedge salad, etc. were not on the menu. On our yearly visits to Bonnet Creek, Deep Blu is always a must on our itinerary. Unfortunately, the only things we would recommend for dining purposes are the sushi and crab cake. Deep Blu was deeply disappointing on New Year’s Eve.

   We dined here on NYE. Good service, but food and especially sushi was very ordinary for the price. Would not return.
