   We had a party of 10 and 9 out of the 10 meals were perfect. Unfortunately, my coworker ordered her steak well done and it came out medium. By the time she got her meal everyone else was already done with their meal. That was very disappointing.

   Steaks were stellar as usual. The shortfall was in the side dishes and appetizers. Crab cake really fishy, lacking other flavor. Meatballs with sauce had a strange flavor. Evidence to this was that our party of 4 left half of each dish. Creamed spinach was a mess of finely chopped spinach and too many other ingredients in the cream sauce. Roasted broccolini was almost as large as regular broccoli and so undercooked it was unpleasant - most of that order was left on the table. Sweet potato casserole was fine but just missing that final element of flavor. Just have to wonder if the acquisition of this fine establishment by Landry s has affected the product? The rather strong presentation of that by our waiter was a surprise.

   Food was great! Service was ok...the timing was way off, though, as we received our entrees only a few minutes after getting our appetizers. We sent them back because we weren't ready, obviously, and from there on out, the pacing did improve. Also, for a nice, expensive restaurant with a dress code, I saw a lot of people in t-shirts and hooded sweatshirts - I know that makes me sound snobby, but when spending nearly $500 for a dinner for 2 I expect a certain level of class from my fellow diners. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time, but I can't see returning anytime in the future.

   The food is consistentky good and service is unbeatable. We hosted a group of Russian speakers and the manager greeted our guests in their native language and took time to have a nice conversation. The price point is a bit higher than other restaurants, but we knew what we were getting into at Del Friscos.

   Salad was very bad (looked like jt had been siting out for hours and dressing was then scooped on to it with abandon. Scallops were somewhat overcooked (not terrible, but well past what the norm would be). Steak was perfect and would not change a thing about it.
