   We are from Dallas and expected a normal Del Frisco‘s experience. It was not. The service was very poor. The steak was good but the sides were not. The loaded baked potato was lukewarm and served without butter. No salt or pepper to be found. We asked several staff for help until we were finally given cubes of butter and cold shredded cheese. Creamed spinach was flavorless as well. Over $300 down the drain for 2.

   My waiter was rude, poor service and my steak was over cooked, fries was cold. I’m not for sure if it was due to my skin color or due to our new president but I will not recommend this restaurant.

   Service was great! The broccolini that I ordered was cold and the taste was awful. Everything else I ordered was perfect, even down to the drinks!

   Phenomenal!!! every dish that was served was excellent in texture, taste, and portion size! I was beyond satisfied! My steak was cooked to perfection! the lobster mac was soooo savory! chefs kiss! can’t wait to go back! five star treatment!

   We arrive on Saturday at 5:30pm. However dining room was full so we sat downstairs thinking it would be more efficient since we had a concert to go to. We did DineLA menu. Food was Delicious and good value. The poor bartender was the only one serving the tables and the bar. So they must be short staffed for a Saturday. Carey was nice and great. However he should have another person helping to have better service for the DelFrisco’s franchise. We were late for the concert b/c the main entrees took longer than expected. We got the desserts to go b/c of the timing. Unfortunately not the best experience as I usually love Delfrisco’s restaurants. This is my first one at this location.

    For the price, there are definitely better dining options. The highlight of the meal was the bread, which is telling. My boyfriend and I both ordered the 8 oz. filet—his looked better, while mine was a small end piece. Unfortunately, both were completely dry, lacking any of the juiciness you'd expect from a filet. The green beans were bland, and the butter cake and chocolate mousse were just average. We were celebrating a birthday, which was acknowledged at check-in, but there was no special touch like a candle on the dessert. The meatball appetizer is listed as "meatballs" on the menu, but it’s actually just one meatball. Service-wise, our waitress had a habit of calling us "friends" throughout the meal ("How are we doing, friends?"), which felt more forced than friendly. Overall, the experience reminded me of a typical chain restaurant, and I wouldn’t go back.
