   This place is always so very packed, which is great for you guys, but not so great for those waiting. While we made reservation months in advance, it still took us away to 45 minutes. If you guys can have an overflow section dedicated to those of us who have to wait that would be great. Nobody wants to eat dinner at a table with other people standing around you waiting to be set. It’s very disruptive and ruins the experience.

   We had a 7:15 reservation, showed up 5 minutes early and were not seated till 8, after being told it would be 10-15 minutes. The hostesses were rude, and after telling us we were next proceeded to seat several parties of our size ahead of us. I finally stood right in front of them so they had to seat us. The server ignored us unless we flagged him down. Food was marginal. The manager did provide us with an appetizer on the house.

   Wish I had known when booking that 1) all members of your party must be present to be seated and 2) there is a 90 minute max time allowed for dining. It took about 30 of those 90 minutes to receive our food. Waters not refilled frequently. Definitely not the level of service expected for the price but the food was very good.

   There is more of a corporate event vibe, but it could be the time of the year. There were also a lot of hiccups with service - mistakes on our bill, food arrived and we didn’t have silverware apps arrived and we didn’t have plates. Food was good not great. The location near 30 Rock was the main draw.

   I have been to the steak house on the 6th; this was my first time at the grille. It was great; we asked for a table in the tent area, which we were given, and had the Rockafeller tree as our backdrop for dinner. The food was exceptional, and the drinks were perfect. Prices here are higher than others in the area, but you get what you pay for at a steakhouse, and Del Frisco's lived up to my expectations. Excellent dinner, make sure you have a reservation and go enjoy this gem.

   Very disappointed! Service was TERRIBLE. Server never told us that there were specials. Didn’t give us a drink menu. Was not attentive. Took forever to get the check. Wouldn’t go back.

   Great experience. We ate at the bar. Steak salad was superb. View of Rockerfeller Christmas tree! Bartender was attentive and great. Will go back

    Been to the Grille a ton of times and i must say this was the worst experience yet. No silverware, no sharing plates for appetizers, got 1 glass of water half full and warm and never refilled even though i dumped into my daughters glass because she wasn’t drinking it. Ordered drinks and the waiter never came back to ask if we needed more. The place was busy so it was like a drive by waiter, he would drop something off and run as you were asking for something. Never saw that before! Food came out wrong, we explained it and then the food came out wrong again. No apology and actually charger me again for the mistake. It did get corrected when i got the bill and on the bill it said “kitchen error” which was funny because it was clearly the servers error. Gotta do a better job at these prices! We are easy but at some point theres only so much you can handle when spending $26 on burgers for your kids.
