Dino’s Steak and Claw has an incredible menu and amazing ambiance working in its favor. You can find it in the historic Grapevine area of Dallas. It is in a vintage bank building, and once through the doors, you’ll immediately notice that much of its classic look remains intact.

Of course, you’ll soon be busy with the menu at Dino’s Steak and Claw. As the name suggests, this restaurant is all about surf and turf. However, there is also plenty of poultry to be enjoyed too. You can order things such as beef medallions, Atlantic salmon or a fresh salad. While you eat at Dino’s Steak and Claw, a local pianist will keep you entertained with some light music.

We had the scallops appetizer. Smelled fishy and were a tad overcooked. Way overpriced. Spinach salad was good; salmon dinner was good. Cocktails were mid and not worth the price. We’ll try it again, but there are other places nearby with better quality food in the same price range. Ambiance is lovely.

Staff were exceptional and food was delicious. My only concern was extra costs on bill. Not only were we charged $2.75 for paying by credit card but also $8 for sharing 1 meal. My 95 year old mom can’t eat a full meal. We would have gladly shared from the same plate since we were sitting together at the bar. We should have been informed of extra cost. There are so many options in Grapevine that I doubt we’ll be back to Dinos.

Always great and the staff is as professional as any place we’ve been. Great service and not overwhelming in their presence. Steaks and claws like the name says. Tough to beat Dino’s when looking to grab a nice dinner.

We both had fish dishes that were delicious and very ample portions. My husband can’t have much salt and they were very obliging to prepare his food without salt. We went early,5:30, and it was very quiet when we arrived. When we left the noise level had risen somewhat as the place began to fill up, but nothing out of the ordinary. We will be back.

Great atmosphere, good service. Crab cakes had 3x more bread than crab, and no flavor except for a soicy-sweet jelly they put on top. Both the beef medallions with bearnaise sauce and the escargot had little to no flavor, though the beef was tender. Very expensive, which is ok if the food is great, but it was underwhelming.

The food and service was Amazing! There was a guy that was pretty drunk and very loud at the bar but thankfully left by the time we finished our appetizers! I feel something should have been said earlier. Overall, we were very important will be back! We may request a table further from the bar though!

We had a fabulous meal at Dino’s tonight. The shrimp cocktail was amazing, salads , lobster bisque soup was divine, and steaks were perfectly cooked. Monte our waiter was very attentive. It was my friends birthday and he made her feel special! We will go back!
