Service was slow. We had a party of 8. We had several different entrees. Oysters Rockefeller was dry with no cheese or spinach. Cajun pasta had soggy overcooked noodles. Filet was ordered medium for a child and came out raw, they recooked still raw. They said ghey could only offer a redo with ribeye a I had to insist on making a filet cooked medium. I suggested using a meat thermometer since this seemed to be a challenge for the. The old fashioned was sooo sweet. The lemonade was so sour it was undrinkable. After we ordered the scalloos and shrimp pasta we were told 20 minutes later there were no scallops. There was a 20% included tip for our party size and our server said it was divided up so she was hoping for more for herself. Many staff were involved in the serving process and all seemed disinterested. Out main server seemed to forget we were there. I don't normally take the time to leave a negative view and I just don't come back. However, with this place I took the time to let it ne known.

First table in on that night. 5pm reservation. Already out of 3 of the main dishes. Our party of 5 ordered appetizers and our main course. 2 people ordered the ribeye. Server came back 20 minutes later and said "I have bad news. I have your ribeye, (pointing to one guest), but not yours. (Pointing to the other guest) You will have to order something else." Getting water refilled was nearly impossible and they include a 20% tip in the bill. ) It certainly did not qualify for anything other than average service) The restaurant used to be the "Rusted Crow" and the food was way better. Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered an appetizer, it came out 5 mins after my entree. So we said that’s ok. The server came back and said well it’s on the house since this was our mistake. Then the waitress came and said “oh my manager said I have to remove this from the table since you didn’t want it anymore”. Smh that was terrible customer service

The food was fine. The 20% automatic gratuity seems high for service that was marginal at best. I feel tips are earned and not given. Please try to deliver all the food to a table at the same time. Half of our food for a party of 6 came out later than the others which led to cold food for those waiting to eat.

Really good food and cocktails. Basically no draft beer available. Music was good but on the loud side so made it hard to talk. Will try this place again for brunch sometime!

Usually don’t leave reviews but: It Took the bartender 25 mins to even offer a glass of water. The scallops in garlic butter were undercooked. The crab cakes were fried too hard and was more of a fried crab meat patty. If you ask for regular fries they still put a ranch seasoning on them that’s salty.

I am very disappointed and upset I missed my reservation because of their parking situation being so terrible…I also tried to call the restaurant and lounge with no answer multiple times, to find out where I can park because the valet guy said he could not accommodate my suv…this is not a good look….If you are deciding to go to this spot PLEASE leave EARLY bc if your reservation is on a Saturday the downtown area is crazy and parking is the worse …o don’t have a big SUV…bc valet will not accept it…just bad business in my opinion
