   Overall the experience at Divino was disappointing. The table we were given was too small for four people. Other tables of the same size were given to couples dining rather than 4. My wife’s food, bruschetta starter and paccheri allo stracotto main was lacking flavour as if it was missing ingredients.

   Dear Andy, Thank you for your feedback. Following your visit on a busy Saturday night where you and your party sat at a table of 4 which is a table designed to accommodate party of 4 which happens to be a generous size. At the same time, I am sure you noticed that we are a large restaurant being able to afford to lay/spread tables leisurely, unlike most restaurants and never received similar comments. As far as your comments about the food is concerned, this has been forwarded to our executive chef and his team. However, with respect, you seem to have generalised the food, lacking flavour/missing ingredients which is a little bit surprising since not a single table on an extremely busy Saturday night, had a single comment similar to your feedback.    If you are visiting Harrogate then this restaurant is an absolute must to eat in ! The staff are some of the most welcoming I have met in any restaurant I have visited ! Their service was second to none and nothing was too much for them. The atmosphere is brilliant and not for one second did we feel rushed or like we had to leave at the end of our meal we were able to continue to enjoy the atmosphere and chat. The food is beautiful ! Well priced , great portion size and lovely presentation ! I will be back to visit I was extremely happy 10/10 !!!

   Lovely restaurant / bar. Great cocktail menu, wine list and good food menu too. Service was good with nice food. Lovely atmosphere.

   Absolutely lovely. If you get a server called Tommy count yourself lucky, he made our night. Couldn’t fault him, filling our glass and out with all the jokes. Food was delicious but it wouldn’t have been the same without him. PROMOTE TOMMY NOW!!

   Amazing food, couldn’t fault that at all. The service wasn’t the best, it was 241 cocktails and when ordering a cocktail we only received one so had to chase for the second. After finishing our starters we waited an hour for our mains to come out. We chased the waiters to see where they were and they apologised for the long delay. Also one of our sides didn’t turn up and then it arrived as we finished our mains.
