Allow us to pick you up for an unforgettable evening in our Rolls-Royce Ghost. This exclusive experience includes return transportation to-and -from Don Alfonso 1890 and Michelin Star tasting menu dinner for two. The experience is $1,000 per couple. Parties of 4 are $1,800 if they’re at the same address and $2,000 if there will be a second pickup/drop off location. Dinner reservations for this experience are 6:30pm and 8:30pm. Our driver will pick you up 30-45 minutes prior to your reservation. Our pickup radius is limited to the GTA. An amazing experience all around. Service was perfect (our server Andrea was, in particular, attentive and accommodating). The food on the tasting menu was delicious and the wine pairings were expertly selected. In particular, I would like to thank the staff for their kind, professional, and prompt service. It made our meal and celebration one we’ll never forget.

We were not thrilled with the overall experience. We had enough food and were full. Loved the cocktails and the wine we had. Loved the antipasti…(duck breast) but hard to taste the parsley powder. Too little (on the side) or other items over power its taste. Ravioli…excellent taste but some were overcooked while some were little under cooked. Poor presentation. My wife had Don Alfonso paccheri pasta and she enjoyed it. I had the veal shank…glaze was too thick and strong taste. The veal was either over cooked or something. did not enjoy it. In general …fairly causal so you do not need to think too hard about what to wear or how to behave. Lot of movement of servers giving a very casual atmosphere.

Food was okay. I have had better food at non Michelin star tasting menu. Presentation was very good. Location we were put in was very hot, near the kitchen, all I could hear was kitchen receipts going every second. We were also on lake side so at night couldn’t see anything and then tucked in a corner. Price was decent compared to other fine dining.

A Micheline star restaurant , recommended by friends so we had high expectations. The venue, service, ambience is top notch. Food was very good but some dishes were lacking taste. Pasta was not al dente. Some of the purees were either not necessary, or tasted like ketchup with siracha. The breads at the beginning were excellent. Presentation was excellent. Not sure that we'd go back though.

Last night we went to Don Alfonso 1890. It’s set atop the Westing Harbour Castle Hotel. The restaurant is shaped like a circle and has stunning 360 views of the city, the CN Tower and Lake Ontario. Even the bathroom has a million dollar view! 🤩 Chef Davide Ciavattella was incredible at accommodating my many allergies and customized the dishes to my needs so I can enjoy the full 6 course tasting menu! (Dairy, soy, gluten to name a few of my allergies). My favorite dish was the lobster course 🦞😋 But every single course was exquisite. The wine pairings for each course were also carefully chosen by the sommelier 🍷And the presentation was stunning and tied into the white circular theme of the restaurant. They even made a gorgeous custom dessert course for me that had chocolate truffles, coconut macaroons and a carrot sorbet!!! The staff was so knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend especially for foodies like me that have dietary restrictions and allergies! 🙌🏽
