Dorothy's Cocktail & Oyster Bar, named for chef and owner Daniel Auffenberg's maternal grandmother, Dorothy Crane, is an upscale restaurant on St. Simon's Island.     As usual, the food and service were excellent. Dishes prepared to perfection and our server Etta was very helpful and attentive all night. She made great recommendations for wines and desserts. Wonderful evening with friends.

    Dorothy never fails to impress. Good is fantastic and service is amazing every single time. All employees you encounter seem to really enjoy working there. Highly recommend.

    definitely need to work on service. we waited for a good 20 minutes to order and then they had to assign another waitress to habdle - who was great.
