   Staffing was the problem. There was nobody to meet us so we had to wait quite a while to be shown to our table. There weren’t many other diners but we had to wait quite a while for our orders to be taken. The single waiter was very young, charming, but out o f his depth. He said he’d only been there for about 18 days. He wasn’t confident about the items on the menu, an empty table for 6 near us was left uncleared for the whole time we were there, and he didn’t clear up food he spilled on the floor when serving another table. Someone at that table eventually wiped it up herself as she couldn’t bear it just sitting there next to her seat. The food was good and reasonably priced but I doubt we’ll be returning as other Indians in town offer good food, good service and a better ambiance.

   We've just enjoyed another lovely early evening meal here. The food was as tasty as ever and we really appreciate being able to get good quality southern Indian food without having to travel miles. As usual the staff were extremely friendly and they even remembered that I would rather not have a whole chilli inside my dosa! The computer network had broken down earlier in the day but despite having such a short time to organise a new system for ordering food the staff remained calm and cheerful with their customers.

   We had a wonderful evening at dosapark. The menu had a large choice of Indian delights. I really couldn’t decide, wish i could of eaten more. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Everything we ordered was delicious, i tried to select a few items i’d not had before, highly recommend chilli paneer and a masala dosa. They also adapted spice levels for my son who had a daal curry. If i’m ever back in the cotwolds i will visit again.

   Five star review well deserved. Excellent service and a peaceful and warm setting made for a very pleasant evening. The food was spectacular. Would highly recommend a visit.

   Food very good, however restaurant was struggling with numbers and other guests walked out due to wait times for service. Suggest they scale down numbers of tables booked etc so it’s easier for them to provide a first class experience for diners.

   I reserved a table for three on 14th Feb .. for a Galentine’s dinner .. however it was so bad from the beginning .. where inspite of already reserving table nothing we were told we can’t sit on a choice of table because everything was “reserved”. Not sure what my reservation was for. Anyways then after an hour I had to specifically ask the person to take order for drinks at least and we have to actually order the main course as well looking at the not interested attitude and late service.. and then we got food which was just so below the expectation it was bad. very bad.. Not at all happy with the service food that day. Was really disappointed as I was the one who recommended going to Dosa Park based on previous dining experience. We ( including two friend of mine and families) wont be coming back again

While we tried to juggle reservations & walk-ins, we clearly fumbled your seating experience. Our bar team’s last-minute absence threw us off rhythm, & while we scrambled, your patience deserved better. I personally regret that my efforts to help didn’t translate into the seamless experience you’d hoped. Our dosa master (a 20-year veteran who treats skillets like canvases) is mortified to hear your meal missed the mark.
