Dressler's is located at The Metropolitan, just 5 minutes from Charlotte's vibrant Uptown and South End areas. Dressler's is an upscale contemporary restaurant complete with an expansive outdoor patio with a unique view of CLT's city skyline. Expect a menu of delicious steaks, fresh seafood, and signature appetizers as well as an extensive wine list and full service bar specializing in craft cocktails.                                                                             On of the waiters was very rude when I asked politely for a specific request. Fortunately a waitress who overheard him was very polite and apologized for his rude behavior. She went out of her way to grant my request which I am very grateful for. She was very professional.

Steak was very good in the end but one of the two was not cooked correctly to temperature which suggests to me that some more focus on that is needed. They handled it superbly and with class .
