   Everything to consider overall, is beyond satisfying. Menu is limited, but mastered. Quality and flavor exceeds price point. Service is exceptional, and efficient. Bar options are done very well. Entertainment and music hits all age groups. What a great experience.

   DW Bistro is my go to place for Sunday brunch. Today my friend and I split the French Toast soufflé, which is one of my favorite things in the world, and Eggs Benedict with pepper bacon. It was the perfect pairing between sweet and savory. The service is always top-notch. A lot of the servers have been there for quite some time so we’ve gotten to know them. It tells you a lot when a restaurant keeps it wait staff. We also had a very nice chat with Bryce, the owner, on the way out. Highly recommend DW Bistro.

   Outstanding Brunch & Service! We had planned to stay on the strip for our Sunday brunch but it was so difficult to get a reservation. Found this off the beaten path local restaurant that simply wowed us! Service was amazing and the food was amazingly delicious. Yeah, they didn't have the 50 plus dishes to browse from but when the food was as selectively tasteful and seasoned to a level beyond expectation, you only need a few dishes to truly satisfy your insatiable palette and appetite. Certainly worth the trip away from the strip to enjoy this diamond in the rough.

   The food is always good. Today or server (Kayla?) was less than attentive, though she was nice enough. No introduction, just a question about what we wanted to drink. We weren’t offered a starter, but I called her back and requested the flautas. We were set in the back room, where there was only one or two other tables, so we were in her line of sight as she walked around the restaurant. This made it extremely difficult to get her attention when we needed drink refills, condiments, or to ask why three of the four of us received our entrees but the fourth had not come out after easily 5-7 minutes. My friends and fiancé didn’t want to start until I had my food making the situation even more awkward. By the end of our meal she had disappeared and gone home (not surprising as she clearly had no interest in being there!) but never even bothered to swing by and tell us who would be taking over. Finally another male server took payment and we left to find someplace else to enjoy a few more cocktails. The food specifically: Flautas - can’t go wrong Short Rib Omelet special - tasty! Daily Quiche - I went for this cause I love that quiche feels like a lighter option for brunch, but they didn’t offer one on this date. Burrito specials - one of us had the chorizo, the other had a chile, both were large and reportedly good. I thought the close one lacked something. I also think that any time serving a burrito there should be some condiment such as salsa, sour cream, guac. These one didn’t have anything on them. The potatoes are tasty. Nice to see something that isn’t just a deep fried potato (French fry with a different shape).
