   Great steak, great service. Server was great but might I suggest that when it's time to give the customer the bill, don't stand there watching as the customer chooses how much to tip. It's not polite, not becoming of a good restaurant.

   Sarah was my server and she was great and Hannah was her server assistant they work really well together.. I ordered the steak frites it was cooked perfectly. The meat was so tender and tasted great

   Iuliia was terrific in her service both at reception and in the dining room. The salmon was excellent but the broccolini seemed old and tasteless. Hopefully it will be better next time.

   The fillet pepper steak was quite good. The knife could've been sharper. However the vegetable broccolini was terrible; it was soft, mushy and very highly spiced; it made my eyes water; disappointed that Earls cannot put together a decent fresh vegetable to go with a nice steak.

   January 20 - Hudson at reception and Taryn, Saina and Nick in the dining room were excellent! The Cajun chicken was delicious! It was kind of Emma to pass by and say hello.
