   During a busy afternoon service, staff were attentive and made a celebratory lunch even better with friendly but not hovering service, and a lovely lava cake dessert on the house. Everything from my pre-lunch martini to the cajun chicken entree was fabulous and I look forward to going again.

   Way too noisy. It was difficult to talk. We asked if volume could be reduced as it was lunch on Sunday

   I went with my family (table of 6) to Earls for dinner before going to see the Lion King show. The restaurant was very busy as it seemed many people were in town to see the Lion King show. The service was great and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Drinks were good and dinner was good. I will say it took awhile for our main courses to come out but thankfully our server was very attentive so we finished in time to walk over to the show just a block away :)

   The food was so-so! We had a great waitress who addressed every issue we had. If I were to return it would only be because the management was also great.

    Absolutely outstanding! I think the restaurant is under new management. I have been to this location many times and this was the best yet. Olivia Wooding Assistant Guest Experience Manager, reached out prior to my reservation to inquire about the birthday I had noted. I mentioned we were celebrating my friend’s champagne birthday. When we arrived, our table had a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and flutes! The service was fantastic, the food was too. Friendly managers and staff all around. 10/10! We were very impressed!
