    Always a good experience. Hostesses are not always the most welcoming; sometimes, they are a little bit “dry,” but other than that. It is always a good experience.

    Decent experience overall. Food was great. Although, Sara was quite ordinary when it comes to service standards. I did not notice her following many steps of service, where greet was, “How’s it going? Any drinks for you guys?”. Moving onto, bite checks: no bite check done on multiple courses. A well established restaurant like Earls needs to focus on such basics of the F&B Industry as this is what this industry stands for. This is what made me take a star and gave 4 out of 5 stars. I hope this review is taken positively as that is what my goal is here. Great place to eat, enjoy the ambiance as usual!

    We made reservations for dining room, special occasion, and we were seated in the bar area. It was crowded, extremely loud and told there wasn't anything in the dining room. Ordered dinner, one order wrong and other was fine. Manager tried to quickly corre t but it took time. He apologize and gave us a free dessert to help correct the errors. If you reserve a table for dining room they should honor it. It was a spe isl night out along eith going to the theatre. Food was very good and the theatre was excellent.

    Horrible service. Appetizers and Entrees were brought out at the same time even when specified if we could have the appetizers first. The pizza was soggy and floppy. And was given the wrong drink twice. Burgers were good though.

    Earl’s was great as far as variety of dishes to choose from! Good prices but music was far too loud for us who are retired & need quieter atmosphere. IF music was lowered - we wd return,
