   We were so touched by how they had a balloon and card for our 3 year old birthday! Everyone came and wished her it was so sweet. The food and service was amazing the night manager was so sweet and great table touches.

   I Have dined here often. Always An excellent experience here. A very heartwarming surprise to have a card sitting on the table for my mother‘s birthday. waiter was excellent, and very kind. Food was delicious, fresh, and generous plates. We are coffee experts and it was very good too. We will be returning soon.

   Our recent dining experience at Earl's was unfortunately underwhelming. We arrived at our scheduled reservation time only to find our table was not yet ready, resulting in a 10-minute wait. Following this initial delay, we waited an additional 15 minutes for our server to approach the table. This extended wait significantly impacted the start of our meal and created a less than ideal dining atmosphere. Furthermore, the quality of the food itself was underwhelming. While Earl's and Cactus Club may share a similar concept, I believe Cactus Club consistently delivers a superior dining experience based on my past experiences.

   We arrived a few minutes early for our reservations and had to wait a while still because there was no hostess. Thankfully, the bartender noticed we had been waiting a while and came to help us himself. The noise was a little loud but everything else was great and all the staff was very nice and helpful.

   Salmon was overdone and too salty. Stake and sushi was below average, sushi shown in the picture is totally different then what we got and was hard like rock. Jumbo crab cakes also had too much salt in it. Food quality is below average for the price.

   We had extremely attentive service throughout our visit! The manager introduced herself and welcomed us. She offered her business card after my friend inquired about whether or not they were hiring students. Our food was delicious and they helped us take care of our bill promptly as we had to move on to catch a show. I look forward to returning to this location very soon! Well done Earls!

    Really great first experience at this Earls! Service was excellent from the moment we walked through the door, and our server (Brittany) was the best! She was attentive, patient, and super engaging and smiley. Every person we interacted with was great. Our dinners and drinks were all really delicious. I ordered my steak blue rare and it was cooked perfectly. Really enjoyed chatting with the manager as well. The only comment we all had was that the place was excessively hot inside. This was not helped by the fact that it was super crowded. We would suggest lowering the heat a bit, both for the customers and the staff. We will absolutely be back and look forward to trying more food and cocktails. We have been to several Earls and we thought the service and food here was the best out of the ones we have tried.
