    I had wrote a special request when booking online. I wanted to surprise my best friend and ask her to be my bridesmaid. I arrived early to the reservation, I got seated right away and the hostess asked if I was Ashley (which I appreciate as she wanted to make sure I was the one giving the surprise) and then told me they saw the note and she will make sure that the server is up to date! Our server, Sarah was a massive help! She asked me if I wanted to give her the surprise box and flowers that I was going to try and hide under my jacket. We chatted and we arranged for another server to bring out glasses of bubbly and then for Sarah to bring out the box and flowers and place them in front of my friend at the same time when she arrived. They did this perfectly and with much enthusiasm! I genuinely felt like Sarah was more than happy to make the surprise happen and loved being apart of it! Regardless of how crazy busy the restaurant was already. Thank you Sarah for the fantastic memories you helped create!! Sarah even went the extra mile and brought us out a dessert surprise and gave me a white candle and my friend a pink candle and said congratulations at the end of our evening! We saw on our bills that some things got comped which I was not expecting at all, she didn’t need to go the extra mile but she did and I will forever be grateful. Fantastic service, Sarah 🤍

    In the hours before our reservation I received 3 emails confirming changes to my reservation that I did not make. Our server delivered a drink for my wife, which was wonderful. She requested a second one but received a plain version. He insisted it was the same, which it clearly was not. Claimed the bartender just made it different..and why would they do that? He did only charge for the first one but made us feel weird about it. Food was very good but so expensive it affected our choices. Service was just not to our expectations.

    Welcoming- high energy restaurant. The service is excellent & personalized. The food was delicious, prepared as we asked. The steak frites with 6oz prime sirloin was unbelievably wonderful! Prices are very good, too.

    Food was stone cold! Waiter took it back to reheat, came back to us slightly warm! Really disappointed, have eaten here before and was good……don’t know what’s happened?! Almost every table in there was complaining with the same issue. They gave us free drinks and desserts but still a very expensive meal for cold food!
